The popular concept in a lot of people's minds, especially in the country where I came from is that leadership means that there is only one leader who has followers who do what that leader decides. I disagree with that; It is good to work as one equal team and not to notice that there is a leader who is more glorified or has strong power than the other ones, and when we back to the history, we would see that lots of bad events happened because there were leaders were more glorified and powerful than others.
